You only integrated ONE addon. No wonder nothing worked.

OK, but did OEMAUTO.exe execute during the T-39 portion of setup? If so, post the contents of your %systemdrive%\oemscan.log. If not, there are other problems.
What OEM system are you attempting to install on? Dell, HP, etc.
Did you load the keys properly into each .ini?

Aha! YOU caused the failure. When you added your keys, you changed the PATH also!
Your keys\*\oemscan.ini file should look like this:
; Begin Dell series
[Dell System]
PATH="..\..\..\FILESETS\XP\B6F0EEFD\"
CMD="SetKey 11111-22222-33333-44444-55555"
The PATH setting tells oemscan WHERE to find the oembios filesets. Because you changed the path, it can't find the filesets anymore.
Change the PATH attribute back to what it was and you should be fine. You only have to add the keys to the .ini, not muck about with anything else. :)

I noticed that your Gateway/Emachines keys are pointing to the wrong CRC folders. Newer Gateway & Emachines use the same fileset but Gateway sometimes uses the either key. Both Gateway lines below can use the same key but pay careful attention to the folder CRC names:
; Begin Gateway/Emachines series
[Gatewa]
PATH="..\..\..\FILESETS\XP\A04597C6\"
RANGE="0xF32F0:20,0xF3310:20"
CMD="SetKey JX4XP-22222-33333-44444-55555"
[Gateway]
PATH="..\..\..\FILESETS\XP\C86378C7\"
CMD="SetKey MYFFD-22222-33333-44444-55555"
[EMACHINES]
PATH="..\..\..\FILESETS\XP\C86378C7\"
CMD="SetKey MYFFD-22222-33333-44444-55555"
; End Gateway/Emachines Series
Is it only Gateway that's causing the problem?

No same problem on Dell machines.
Several Dell entries have same CRC will change.
