View Full Version : Will rerunning the Integrator harm things?

Okay, it's probably a simple question, but I just wanted to make sure.

I do my installs over the network from a share that holds the i386 files customized using the Integrator. If I want to add another addon, or when the next update pack comes out, should I start from scratch with a fresh set of XP files, or can is just keep using the i386 folder over and over again?

Would I be better off going back and starting from the factory CD files?

Thanks

It is allways best to start fresh. But sometimes you can get away with using the same files.

I always start fresh. I make custom settings files by saving them to an ini other than integrator.ini and I then use File>Load to load my saved settings file. That way all I have to do is replace certain UpdatePack/Addons with newer versions and run the integrator. This way I don't have to remember every little thing I do to my disk. ;)

Okay, sounds like a good idea. Thanks for helping me out.
