Just wonder if anyone knows if there is something like powerpacker but so that you can add other MS OSs?

Ie have one bluray 50GB disc with 2000/xp/vista/2003/R2/2008/R2/7/ maybe even SBS?

No doubt Win 8 will be arriving on 1 or 2 bluray discs -- but cross the bridge at that time

If there is, I've never seen it.
NT5-based OS's (XP, 2003) all have similar PIE (Pre-Installation Environments). The only exception to this is Windows Home Server which is based on Server 2003 but has the PIE from Vista (ie, boot.wim, but standard i386 folder structure).
So it's possible for all those OS's to coexist on the same ISO, but the PIE must be able to distinguish between the NT5 and NT6 based OS folder structures.
