Default Integrator 1.4 using external parameters

My external parameters are not working in this version.
    Anybody else having this problem?

    Use External Tool: cdimage
    External Parameters: CMD Line: -l"%3" -h -j1 -b"%2" -x -o -m "%0" "%1"

I figured it out now; I just copied the rvmintegrator.img from the Temp
dir and put it in the Ryanvm dir.

It just sits there and does nothing; but if I check CDImage parameters
    it works.
