[Release] Office11 (2003) Post SP3 HotPack for English (ENU) and French (FRA)

Benners has always shown interest in doing the OI - but like most things, we get involved with something for a period of time and then we move on to other things for various reasons, i think like me he still has an interest to work on it but there are other things which take our time and it gets put to the back burner. The truth is that since office 2003 was the last version to 'integrate' hotfixes, the off2007 & 2010 are quite simple to add the hotfixes so I see a limited time that the OI will be relevant in its current form. What is probably needed is someone to take over the project to work out the kinks with the integration of 2003 and other issues, and to make it easier to download the newer ones into a deployable package for 2007 and 2010. myself and Benners i think wouldn't mind helping but our time is very limited these days.
the 7 digit issue is cosmetic the issue is more that some hotfixes that should be replaced by newer ones still seem to be necessary for the most part, and so you need to re-work the OI to adapt to that.

I just tried to build a new hotpack with the latest released fixes for May and I noticed that one of the
new files was processed as being replaced by an older fix. Specifically KB972580 (MS09-062)
from 2009 replaced KB2598253 (MS12-034) from 2012. From the four new fixes this one ended
up in the obsolete directory. Anyone know why this might be?

Do you have any idea why OI thinks the gdiplus.dll from KB972580 supersedes
the gdiplus.dll from KB2598253 when building the May hotpack?

I guess I'll have to manually remove KB972580 from the hotfix directory to force KB2598253, OI should be doing this automatically and wondering why it doesn't.

In case anyone is interested , if you use the OI Update HotPack option, all four fixes for May are processed properly. If you use the Build HotPack option, the wrong fix is integrated and the correct fix is moved to the Obsolete directory.

adric - could you explain your procedure, i tried to do the upgrade hotpack procedure but it wasn't working for me.

I selected the previous April HotPack as input via Browse from the Hotfix options and then selected Update HotPack. Did you get the same error as I did with
Build HotPack?

Interesting - I'm just trying to do the Update instead of Build for June but either way results in the same. No i didn't get an error for doing the Build option. This is all releated to MS weird way of needing multiple msp for the same files, actually it is probably different files but bundled into the same msp for the office application. Its too bad they can't get their msp standardized.

Essentially it is only the junk email filter - the new one kb2598343 also cancels out kb253111 and kb2597035 that were required when i checked last month.
